What the registration fees cover

Student and non-student registration fees for each of the 7 main conferences all cover:

Conference proceedings
Lunches and refreshments
Reception at the City Hall on Monday
Entrance to Tivoli after the reception.
The right to register for workshops (not limited to workshops affiliated with the registered-for conference), see below.
The right to attend talks in the technical program of other FLoC conferences on the days covered by the registration, subject to available space.

Conference dinners are only covered in some cases.

FME, delegates fee:	The conference dinner is included.
FME, student fee:	Students wishing to join the dinner must buy a separate ticket (DKK 400).
LICS, delegates fee:	The conference dinner is included.
LICS, student fee:	Students wishing to join the dinner must buy a separate ticket (DKK 400).
RTA, delegates fee:	The conference dinner is included.
RTA, student fee:	Students wishing to join the dinner must buy a separate ticket (DKK 400).
CADE, delegates fee:	The dinner is not included (DKK 400).
CADE, student fee:	The dinner is not included (DKK 400).
CAV, delegates fee:	The dinner is not included (DKK 400).
CAV, student fee:	The dinner is not included (DKK 400).
ICLP, delegates fee:	The conference dinner is included.
ICLP, student fee:	The conference dinner is included.
TABLEAUX, delegates fee:	The dinner is not included (DKK 400).
TABLEAUX,student fee:	The dinner is not included (DKK 400).

Registrations received after 16 July will be handled as on-site registration. No invoice or confirmation will be sent.

Discount for Indefatigable Participants

Participants who register for one or more of FME, LICS, and RTA, plus one or more of CADE, CAV, ICLP, and TABLEAUX are automatically entitled to a partial refund, to be issued during on-site registration. The refund will be

50 EUR for students
100 EUR for delegates

As the number of refunds is limited, this offer will not apply indefinitely. If you meet the above criteria, please register now to be eligible for it.

Workshops and tutorials

The right to register for one or more FLoC workshops is included in the registration fee for each of the 7 main conferences. You are not limited to workshops affiliated with the main conference for which you register. Each workshop has its own registration fee which must still be paid.

If you want to participate in one or more workshops without registering for any main conference, an extra charge to cover fixed expenses must be paid. It ranges from DKK 300 (student, early) to 750 (non-student, late). Note that this fee is in addition to the registration fees of the workshops you actually register for.

The rules for tutorials are (unfortunately) complex:

Each FME tutorial is handled like one workshop.
The entire package of CADE tutorials is handled like one workshop.
CAV, ICLP, and LICS all include invited tutorials scheduled as part of the regular technical program. No separate registration for these tutorials is necessary (or even possible).

Proceedings

Extra proceedings can be ordered on the registration form. However, please note that due to uncertanties the price charged for extra proceedings may not agree precisely with the price set later by the individual publisher. A price difference will not imply refunds or extra charges to you, if you decide to order proceedings now.

Payment must be forwarded to Van Hauen Conferences & Incentives by:

After registering on-line, please print out and complete the credit card payment form and send it to: Van Hauen Conferences, fax +45 33 14 57 50.

All credit card charges (5% of the fee) must be paid by the participants and will NOT be covered by the congress or Van Hauen Conferences & Incentives ApS. The amount will automatically be calculated and added on the registration form.

Please make sure that your name, address, and congress name are stated on all payments and transfer documents.

Liability and Insurance

Neither the organiser nor Van Hauen Conferences & Incentives ApS are able to take any responsibility, whatsoever, for injury or damage to persons or property during the meeting.
